I will even assist you by observing you camp and how you get along in the woods and give you pointers where you may need help. If you really want to try let me know and I will set you up in a location and come check on you every week until you think you are ready to disappear. You have to have a real distaste for society to just take off and disappear. My belief is very few people can make it that long alone. After about 5 years of doing this consistently then you may be ready for someone to drive you to the harsh wilderness drop you off and drive away and come back a year later to check on you. Then work your way to places that are less inhabited by people or towns. You need to go somewhere that is not a hard wilderness to navigate and you can make it to civilization if needed and if you decide you cannot make it.
There are many books written on this situation but none will work the same for you because everyone is different and almost everyone does everything different. You have to be willing to be able to push yourself to make it no matter what happens or if you get sick. Most people cannot go for months without needing contact with people. If you have no care for human interaction then it would be for you. Its sounds all thrilling to go off and live by yourself. The key is to not bite off more than you can chew.
